The Gospel shapes womanhood. Women have been created to bear the image of God and to do so in ways that make Christ look glorious. A Gospel-centered woman embraces her unique ability to bear the attributes of Christ and in doing so, she points those inside and outside the church to Jesus.
Like Christ, a true woman of God will embrace his will and Word and hunger and thirst for righteousness. Her desire will be that all of her life—in whatever calling—will be devoted to the glory of God and that all of her choices will not be made on the basis of secular trends or upward lifestyle expectations, but on the basis of what will strengthen the faith of her church and her family, and advance the cause of Christ in her community and world.
Biblical womanhood is something we take seriously at RSBC. It is our prayer and our hope that God would elevate women, from within our midst, who are hungry for God’s Word and hungry to see lives transformed by the Gospel.
Our women's ministry begins by pulling women together within their individual C-groups. In addition, women from the whole church will occasionally gather for breakfasts, outings, service projects, etc.
